CardTarget.com launched in January 2003 as a tracking and statistical analysis website for eTopps sports cards.
In December of 2003 CardTarget launched the CardTarget Market, the first third party sales forum for eTopps cards. Since that date, we have conducted more than $6 Million in eTopps transactions.
